For years now, I have been filled this time of an overwhelming need to be cheerful and to spend. It seems wrong. It seems like we are programed to spend our savings on gifts for our friends and family. It seems as if we can manifest a value of appreciation for someone by designating it with a random item they’ve lusted for, for the past year.
This year has been very taxing for me and for the second time in my life I have no family or friends to spend it with. I have started to notice, now, that the meaning of Christmas has become “SPEND YOUR MONEY AT PLACES YOU WORK!” instead of “Goodwill and Joy to your Fellow Man.” I remember being raised to celebrate Jesus’ birthday on Christmas and that Chanukah was the festival of lights. I later came to learn that Christmas had been a variation of the Yuletide to convert Non-Christians. So why have we lost the love for each other?
I don’t know if I am weird for feeling this way or if I am crazy but why can’t we just celebrate the fact that we lived through one more year; and that with all the stress we have gone through together, we are still together? (metaphorically speaking)
Someone asked me a few weeks ago which I would rather have all of Bill Gate’s money or World Peace. I sat back for a few moments and pondered both sides for a moment. After a few seconds I asked not for World Peace; I wouldn’t want to live in a world where everyone lived in perfect harmony and never quarreled. I would want World Contentment though. I would want to live in a where sure we fought and squabbled; arguing and competition lead for new thoughts and concepts. It allows us as humans to share our own personal realities with each other and allows us to find our own strengths and weaknesses.
I would want to live in a world where at the end of the day people didn’t have to go hungry because we learned to consume modestly. We, as Americans, wouldn’t feel the need to gobble down a triple cheeseburger, large French Fries, and a 64oz Diet Coke. We as people would understand that it isn’t about consumption but conservation and that conserved food could be shared to feed those who needed it.
I have no family this year, and I won’t be able to spend it with friends. So please if you read this grant me my one holiday wish:
Be happy with what you are given. Even if that new Iphone is white and you wanted black; there are others who didn’t have someone who cared about them to offer a gift like that. If you didn’t get what you wanted, don’t be upset; there are others who didn’t get anything this year. If you spend it with family, celebrate the holidays with love that extend further than gift giving. The best gift is the happy memories you will take with you.

1 Create Just Laws
How about we do away with all of the outrageous laws and get back to basics. Here are some new laws that are fair and easy to follow
Stop living for the Dollar and Live Life
Stop stealing other peoples shit. If it isn’t your’s don’t take it. Your Parents raised you better and if they didn’t spank you EVERY TIME for stealing, they were bad parents.
Stop cheating on each other. Seriously don’t get into a relationship if your aren’t willing to commit and don’t stay in a relationship you aren’t happy in.
Don’t Hit.
Don’t Provoke Someone to hit you and claim you’re the victim.
If you break it fix it, If you can’t fix it then you bought it.
Don’t kill someone unless you’re life is in danger. If you kill someone you had better be able to prove it or you will be punished accordingly.
Don’t judge someone for their past if they have been nothing but kind to you.
Those seem simple enough.
2. Create a counsel that allows all races and genders to properly represented.
We live in a diverse society, with different people and different needs and ways those needs need to be met. Why do we have a government that listens only to a select few? Wouldn’t it be smarter, and way easier just to get a man and a woman (yes the homosexual and transgendered community will be allowed but only to represent THAT community. I will explain that in a bit) of every race to represent themselves for the the entire race. That would mean a White man and woman would represent the White race and the man would focus on the needs of White men, a White woman would represent the needs White women, and so on with all the races and genders.
For those who are homosexual or transgendered, choose you bet choice and bring them on up but you CAN NOT represent your race in any way. If you do then there would be an imbalance and eventually everything would go awry.
These people would also be the Justices of the court too. In an incident where a crime is committed against another race all four would act as counsel for the two parties and the others would be the jury. After a verdict is found they would then pass a sentence that was healthy for both parties.
In a situation of domestic violence, The male and female of the appointed race would convene and act as counsel. Again once judgement was found a sentence would be passed that was healthy for both parties.
Not every crime is a hate crime and not every situation needs to be resolved by following the choices of others. Our current laws are antiquated (too old) and outdated. They are nothing more than words on a paper. Words on a paper have no soul and that is where our justice system is currently at soulless and mindless creatures who only know how to follow never lead.
3. Implement this mentality
This isn’t as easy as it sounds. People are reluctant to change but I assure you that if a situation arose and a man was arrested, he would be much more comfortable speaking to counsel of his own skin color. Whether you like it or not humans are inherently xenophobic and although we try no to see skin color, we do.
Racism is dying and soon it will be gone. What we need to focus on is the fact that we are humans living together and that we have to start doing so in harmony. I am not saying everyone has to agree. Shit disagree but instead of saying “I’m right and You’re wrong” start saying” Why do you think you’re right? “
I think a lot of issues are resolvable when we don’t just sit there and say “This worked before so it will work now.” People are different and it is wrong to think everyone is equal. If we were all equal then we wouldn’t be where we are right now .
The “Balance of Power” in America has become a very ironic phrase as of late. It seems the more we try to exert this mentality the more it shows the total imbalance. The balance we claim we have, this equality, happens to be the greatest illusion and it the time has come to dispel the mists clouding our minds.

When America first fought for its freedom, our founding fathers wanted nothing but the best for this country. These people were rebels, criminals of the state, dissidents, and rouges who became tired of the oppressive ways, unjust laws, and the apathetic mind of the King. They wanted nothing more than to cast off the shackles that held them down, that caused the imbalance, and destroyed the need to be happy.
Do you think they fought against tyranny because there was nothing better to do? Of course not. They were angry, but they had heart. They were exhausted but they worked tirelessly. They lived in the same waking nightmare we live in today but they never stopped dreaming. These men, people who we see as heroes, these courageous men fought and they won.

When it was their turn this mentality gave birth to the freedom they dreamed. They worked to create a world that their children could prosper. They created a balance of power. This balance was not of two parts but three. This trinity held the values of those dream. They knew that a balance of two would destroy itself.
Granted there were still those who were held down and I agree it was wrong. It took us time as a people to realize that. We fought for their freedom also. We had the Civil War, to free the slaves. We had Women’s Suffrage to work on giving women equal rights. Even today we fight for the equality of all people. Bringing equality to all, so that ALL PEOPLE may be free to prosper without scrutiny of their beliefs, lifestyles, or values; for this reason we fight, fought, and will continue on fighting. To fight for something will the willingness to die for that belief, that is conviction. This is the American way.
Before I go on I would like to make a quick summary of the number 3. Three, in our universe, is key to everything. Three is the minimum number need to make a anything because we live in a 3 dimensional universe. Research “3” and see how much information you find. It will blow your mind. But I digress.
Getting back to our founding fathers, they created a system of 3. This way if there were ever an imbalance there would always be one party with the ability to negate the acts of the other two. This is common social studies. In a system whose core values focus on justice, this mentality works well. If corruption in any branch arises the other two branches hold that corruption in check.
There is a small problem. In today’s three-ringed government corruption has not only invaded one branch but all three branches of government. It started with Legislative Branch. Congressmen met with lobbyists of certain focus groups and began to sell votes to these groups. They received bribes to vote for or against certain Bills. Slowly but surely the rich began to call the shots.
The rich created corporations and those corporations began setting up their own view of freedom. Again buying votes from anyone whose vote ACTUALLY mattered. The rich had started to call the shots.
As time went on it became a normal occurrence for Congressmen and Senators to meet with lobbyists from different interest groups and no one was the wiser. Votes became freely sold to pave the way for a “New America” preaching values of equality and tolerance, while tromping over the rights and values of the poor.
Slowly but surely those people who were in the positions of power gained more power. The corrupted Congressmen became Presidents who appointed corrupt individuals into the Judicial Branch who then, in turn passed biased laws that, in no way, protected the citizens of America but the Corporations they for which they worked.
Interestingly enough Clarence Thomas (something I learn just moments ago) once worked as an attorney for the MOSANTO Corporation. I would like to say after reading this article I am shocked a man like that could become a Supreme Court Justice.
The Justice System was created to uphold law and ensure JUSTICE was provided for all people, black or white, man or woman, rich or poor. Justice labels no one. Justice is blind and protects us because Justice fight for the mentality of good. If it fought for evil it would be called Oppression.

It is obvious that Justice cannot be biased. It is obvious that Justice can be expressed through all people. It is obvious that the American Judicial System not longer fights for justice and what is right. They fight for their friends to further push the common down and keep him there.
Now where are the other two branches stopping this blatant corruption? The answer is simple. Right there cheering for the Justice System. Right there helping spread the corruption.

In the event that a determination of non-regulated status made pursuant to section 411 of the Plant Protection Act is or has been invalidated or vacated, the Secretary of Agriculture shall, notwithstanding any other provision of law, upon request by a farmer, grower, farm operator, or producer, immediately grant temporary permit(s) or temporary deregulation in part, subject to necessary and appropriate conditions consistent with section 411(a) or 412(c) of the Plant Protection Act, which interim conditions shall authorize the movement, introduction, continued cultivation, commercialization and other specifically enumerated activities and requirements, including measures designed to mitigate or minimize potential adverse environmental effects, if any, relevant to the Secretary’s evaluation of the petition for non-regulated status, while ensuring that growers or other users are able to move, plant, cultivate, introduce into commerce and carry out other authorized activities in a timely manner:Provided, That all such conditions shall be applicable only for the interim period necessary for the Secretary to complete any required analyses or consultations related to the petition for non-regulated status: Provided further, That nothing in this section shall be construed as limiting the Secretary’s authority under section 411, 412 and 414 of the Plant Protection Act.”
Actions like these show how deplorable our government has become. This is just one example of many of how our rights, not as citizens of America, but as HUMANS are being stripped away only so the pockets of the rich can be filled with YOUR LABOR.
It can’t be all bad. Right? We still have one branch of the Government that will hold true the values of America. This corruption can’t be in all parts of the Government, right?
Unfortunately that too is wrong. Our current President, one I didn’t vote for nor would I have voted for because of his political standings, signed into Law the MONSANTO PROTECTION ACT
In the past year, in addition to Passing the Monsanto Protection Act, president Obama also passed a revision to the STOCK Act (Stop Trading On Congressional Knowlege) allowing, which was approved unanimously by Congress, means that top federal employees, including staffers on Capital Hill and in the White House, will not have to publicly disclose their financial holdings online.
This means if, a nameless Monsanto former Attorney now turned Supereme Court Justice, A corrupted President, or a Vice President who may have stock in businesses whose actions may or may not have great sway in the political circuit, can make Country altering changes that are in their best interests and they don’t have to say anything.
You see corruption slithers, like a snake, finding every pore to seep. Even when the idea offers a positive connotation, look deeper, the government never works for you. Here is one on Children’s Welfare… IN NORTH KOREA!

More and more it has become globally apparent that the world is in turmoil. The video I posted happens to be just one case of American rights being stripped from us and it keeps being swept under the rug. We are heading to war and America has become too apathetic to root themselves and start pushing back. We are allowing ourselves to be consumed by Big Brother and paying to do so.
Take the Xbox Kinect. It seems harmless. It seems to be a fun new way to play video games and connect to your games and movies in a new way. It seems harmless.
We forget to take into account that it is a camera that turns on automatically, listens to your voice, and watches everything you do. Right now the Xbox community has a choice, but here in the next few months, that choice is being taken away. Once the Microsoft XboxOne gets released, it will automatically come with the system and is MANDATORY to use the system.
If that isn’t a direct step towards BIg Brother then what would be?

When will all TV’s, and all aspects of our lives be monitored. When will we no longer be allowed to think for ourselves in fear of the Thought Police. When will be be so afraid to express ourselves we will be nothing more than a slaves to our governments.
You don’t think thought crimes exist? Let’s jump to Paula Dean. This woman made a life for herself cooking. That is how we all know her… well now we know her has the woman who said nigger 30 years ago. That would put the year around 1983. Do we really need to crucify this woman after so many years? Why? what would it prove?
We blame everything other than ourselves. We tell each other that guns kill people but its mad bombers who blow buildings up. We preach tolerance but criticize labels we place on each other and ourselves. “I’m a Christian”, “I’m a Hipster”, “I am a college Graduate”, then we proceed to stomp on each other saying “Well I just don’t understand it so I will just stay away.”
All these labels and all these fingers being pointed at our fellow man blinds us to the truth. Our rights have been stripped one by one and just like a frog in a boiling pot, the governing powers have turned up the heat; oppressing us and holding us down until we want to fight back only to be told we are “violent’ or “have anger issues” The problem is not being violent or being angry; anger is natural. The problem becomes a problem when we strike out at our fellow man and not focusing ourselves on the source.
We are being led by the nose through cinema and video games, training us to be soldiers for a war the upper echelons of the government have been planning for years. The Matrix, a movie about a man waking from a slumber he thought was reality only to find a hellish nightmare, happens to be the earliest account I can remember of a plan set in motion. It seems far fetched but the main point of the new aspiring generation was “Wake up and Fight”
Red Dawn happens to be another perfect example what things to come. In the 1984 version of the movie Cuba and the Soviet Union invade America.I bring this In the 2012 version, North Korea Invades. People tend to think what they see. With a running time of 93 minutes, the audience is bombarded with Protect America and hate North Korea. I thought we were fighting Arabs. Why the sudden change? Well, maybe because the world is gearing up for a very big war.
If that still doesn’t support my point, What about the movie blatantly called “White House Down”? The movie’s entire plot revolves around the White House being attacked. FOr those who do not watch TV, nor do they really still connected with cinema I am providing Trailer links.
For those STILL skeptical I bring up the movie GI JOE Retaliation. In this new blockbuster the American government is taken over by the infamous Cobra Clan set up by an imposter president. It is then up to the, now rouge, GI Joe forces to take them down. In the trailer it shows the White House under a new regime.
Now I understand that for any of you who read this, many of you will label me “crazy” or a “conspiracy theorist”. I understand that being told things like this can come off crazy but when the evidence is slapping you in the face…
The really sick thing about America these days isn’t that the government is taking our rights away, setting us up to fail, and anyone who stands up to finally say “This is wrong” becomes a target, gets beaten down, defamed for their past, and thrown into prison. This is the way of the world.

I have had torrents of strange thoughts in my head lately. They are inexpiable thoughts because they can’t be expressed through words. They seem like fragments of something far more than just… I don’t know… anything we as a people can perceive. In the easiest way, its the voice of God.
I’m not talking about a religious God, or Jesus, or any of the other Pantheons people choose to pray. I call it God because its the word that wants to be spoken through me. It is something far more than that can be understood and something far less than what we as a people want it to be. No matter what you call it; I call it God.
Let me be direct
I DO NOT NOR WILL I EVER CALL MYSELF A RELIGIOUS MAN NOR WILL I EVER SAY RELIGION IS A GOOD THING.
This is important for you to know. I, unfortunately, will have to repeat this so please get used to it.
Let me take a step back and explain the reason for this blog and these feelings that need to be shared. On January 8, 2013, while working the midnight shift at a local convenience store, a group of individuals robbed me, beating me with baseball bats and leaving me for dead.
Now what I am about to say will be scoffed at and many of you will tell me “You’re over reacting”, but when I say this I know its true. Please understand that your disbelief is normal.
During that beating I died. I know this because I know I should have bled out in the time I had been unconscious. I have had EMT Training with the Air Force and I know how quickly serious head wounds like mine can bleed out. I know I died because I know what it feels like to have your heart stop beating and I know what my first heartbeat felt like. On January 8, 2013, I died and was reborn.
Someone asked me once “What did you see when you were dead?” I know many people will ask me that silently and through words, I can’t explain it properly but I can help you understand what I “saw”.
Imagine the deepest, most vibrant color of green. Focus all your thoughts on that color and when you think it can’t become any greener, I want you to associate a tone that would perfectly describe that green. When you create that perfect tone, that feeling you have… well it needs to be understood and it wants you to understand that it needs to be shared. The feeling is alive and its in all of us. Its alive, although weak. That feeling wants us to feel the same way and to share that feeling to others.
I know it sounds funny and I know many of your want to tell me what I think is bullshit or that I’m exaggerating my accident and others may want to say its PTSD, but I promise you all my words are true. I feel the power of the world and it seems like everyday it gets harder to block out the tsunami of thoughts.
I want you to understand that I know what happened to me was my fault. I take blame because I created that reality. I have, in my life created every negative and positive thing and brought it into existence. I must be crazy right? Wrong.
I have come to realize that what I think creates the reality I want to see, I create the truths I want to believe and I deserve everything I get. I understand that we all have this ability and I recently have come to understand this insight. Please understand this I am not preaching to you a religious dogma, or an atheists mind set.
I am saying that there is a much higher power than what we want to think. Atheists may just want to deny the existence of a higher power, or that fate and destiny, have strong pulls on our lives, although we make the choices, your destiny in this world will always come to fruition and fate will always have the final say.
I will be doing at first a weekly blog and focusing on a single topic at first until I form a fan base. After that I will happily pick up topics from any notes or questions. Until then
